The stage at the Brentford Festival offers the opportunity for bands to entertain some of our 10,000 visitors.

We have hosted many new, vibrant bands and singers, such as Lizzie Massey (15 years old at the time); more mature bands, such as the Oddfellas with their banjo, flute & mandolin and the Riverboat Pirates playing traditional folk music; tribute bands, such as Blue Onyx (Moody Blues tribute); various larger combos such as the Equippers Church band and the 10 piece Havana Good Time Cuban music salsa band together with many Indie and Pop bands. One of our earlier regular performers was Elaine Samuels , often accompanied by members of Kindred Spirit.

The printing and distribution of 15,000-20,000 Festival flyers, together with the press coverage, offers an excellent means for bands and singers, new and old, to promote their music and for the visitors to enjoy this great mix of talents. View the slideshow to see some of the performers at our Festival 2010. You may spot a photo there of our Music Manager, Dave Viney as well!

Music at last year's Festival was, as always, provided by a great mix of performers. Please check out the music that was provided by our visiting musicians here.

We have updated our BF2011 website with information about what is happening at this year's festival, so check out the eclectic array of artists listed here.

We aim to achieve a community mix of artists and musical styles who perform on the main stage with full PA and the walled garden stage for acoustic sets.

In 2010, we organised 'fringe' events during the week leading up to the Festival itself at local music venues (mostly pubs) - details can be found on last year's web page .

So if you enjoy listening to, joining in with or dancing to music, come along to soak up the atmosphere at Boston Manor Park. Check our Festival 2011 page for regular updates about the artists booked for this year's Festival.
