If you are a musician and would like to play at BF2010, please download
an application form from this page.
Last year's performers were excellent and there was a high demand for places, so preference will be given to local musicians,
where possible, to play at the 2010 Festival. We aim to achieve a community mix of artists and
musical styles. We will be selecting artists for the main stage with full PA and the walled garden stage for acoustic sets.
Please note that the deadline for return of music applications is 15th May, 2010.
All stallholders are very welcome, providing they sell appropriate items for a family fun day and they conform to the rules and
regulations of the Festival. Further detailed information for stallholders is provided on the application form but, briefly,
we do not provide tables, chairs or gazebos for exhibitors/stallholders and neither are we able to provide electricity,
except for the stage and Friends of Boston Manor bar. All generators are to be diesel and will need to be Health and Safety
checked by the site electrician. Water is only available through a hosepipe and not through the Pavilion Cafe, Boston Manor
House or toilet facilities.
Anyone wishing to sell items of hot or cold food for consumption on site (other than simple items such as cakes,
biscuits or similar, jars of chutneys and jams), will be deemed to come under the heading of 'caterer' and will be required to
book a catering pitch.
All caterers will be expected to provide their own catering facilities and will comply with the catering rules and regulations,
which includes food handling, health and safety certificates. A copy of the rules and regulations will be included with the
catering application form. The cost of a catering pitch is by negotiation and initial enquiries can be made via the above links.
Completed forms should be returned to the address given on the form, together with the appropriate fee. You will be
contacted by a member of the Festival Committee to confirm whether your application form has been accepted.
